BARS & RODS

The First Criterion is the Material used. The quality of Steel used determines the Strength and Durability of the Rod. The Second Criterion is the Size and Shape of the Rod. The Size and Shape should be determined based on the intended use of the Rod. The Third Criterion is the Surface Finish. The Surface Finish should be Smooth and Uniform to prevent any damage to Surfaces that come in contact with it. The Fourth Criterion is the Corrosion Resistance. Steel Rods are Susceptible to Corrosion so it’s essential to design them with Corrosion-Resistant Coatings or Materials.

The Last Criterion is the Manufacturing Process. The Manufacturing Process should be designed to ensure Consistency and Quality for the Final Product. To achieve the best design of Steel Rods it’s important to consider the intended use Quality of Material, Corrosion Resistance and Surface Finish. An example of a good design of a Steel Rod is one that is made of High-Grade Steel is Precisely Machined to the required Size and Shape has a Uniform Surface Finish and has a Corrosion-Resistant Coating. Additionally, the design should consider the Manufacturing Process to ensure that the Rod is consistently produced with High Quality.
